What the service is
LKP is a locksmith research, comparison, and workflow-support platform. It helps users review saved listing snapshots, fitment signals, and related product information for professional evaluation.
LKP is not a seller, not a marketplace operator for supplier inventory, and not a checkout processor for third-party suppliers. When you click through to a supplier or seller, the final transaction is between you and that third party.
The platform is currently an invite-only beta, not a finished general-availability product.
Pricing and availability disclosures
Prices, sale pricing, member pricing, stock status, and listing availability can change without notice. Information displayed in LKP is based on saved listing data and periodic refreshes from third-party sources.
Rankings, sort order, price history, "best value" labels, and similar comparison tools are informational only. They are not guarantees of live market price, lowest delivered cost, regional availability, supplier eligibility, or final checkout total.
Unless we expressly say otherwise, displayed prices should be treated as saved listing prices and not assumed to include shipping, taxes, labor, programming, core charges, service-call charges, or supplier-side account conditions.
Fitment and compatibility boundaries
Vehicle fitment, FCC ID, OEM part number, keyway, transponder, frequency, and product-family references are research aids only. Compatibility must be verified by the locksmith or purchaser before ordering, cutting, programming, installing, or advising a customer.
FCC references, OEM references, and aftermarket matches are shown for identification and compatibility review. They do not mean LKP is the manufacturer, certifying party, seller of record, or official representative of any brand or supplier.
Data sourcing and reference posture
LKP uses structured facts, normalized internal mappings, and saved public-source snapshots to support comparison workflows. Public product output is meant to present fact-level compatibility and listing information, not to republish proprietary reference manuals or supplier source material wholesale.
Third-party names, FCC identifiers, OEM references, product names, and supplier references remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, comparison, and compatibility research only.
Third-party links and suppliers
When you leave LKP for a supplier page, that third party controls the listing content, pricing, stock, account requirements, shipping, taxes, returns, and checkout terms. You should review the supplier's own terms, privacy practices, and purchase requirements before completing any transaction.
LKP does not override third-party account restrictions, resale rules, MAP policies, professional-account rules, or regional purchase restrictions.
Account approval and beta access
Access to LKP may depend on invitation status, identity review, professional or business verification, billing state, abuse-prevention controls, or other account-review decisions. Creating an account request does not guarantee approval or paid access.
Some DAH-powered sites may share a common login system. If so, your existing login may authenticate you across multiple DAH-operated sites, but each site may still require separate activation, linking, or eligibility approval before access is turned on for that product.
Because the product remains in beta, features, access controls, workflows, and availability may change. The platform should not be treated as a guaranteed uninterrupted production system.
Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation
If paid access is offered, billing terms will be presented in the active checkout flow. Charges are billed by Digital Auction House LLC dba LKP and processed through third-party processors such as Stripe, and LKP does not store full payment card numbers or CVV data.
Trial windows, day passes, credits, subscriptions, and other access controls are service-access mechanisms only. They are not cash accounts or transferable stored value unless a separate written policy expressly says otherwise.
If recurring paid plans are introduced, renewal and cancellation timing, including any click-to-cancel path, will follow the live billing experience and applicable law in effect at that time.
Privacy rights and security
LKP's privacy posture, retention approach, service-provider disclosures, and privacy-rights request path are described in the Privacy Policy. Depending on applicable law, users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, subject to verification and lawful exceptions.
Security, fraud-prevention, legal-hold, tax/accounting, and dispute-handling obligations may limit or delay deletion of some records.

LKP is for research and comparison. It does not provide legal advice, licensing advice, tax advice, or guaranteed technical programming advice. It does not replace your own due diligence, seller review, licensing review, or service documentation.
